1 Hour Skillet Focaccia Bread


I love me some good bread, especially ones that have a crunchy crust and are light and fluffy on the inside.  Add in some parmesan cheese on top and it makes it even better!  I have never made bread before and if all other breads come out this yummy and are this easy (it only takes an hour start to finish) than I am going to turn into a bread making machine!  Seriously, I only have good things to say about this, it's so delicious!












I got the recipe from Crunchy, Creamy, Sweet here but I have changed a few things on the ingredients list.  Head over to her blog for the directions on how to make it, she does an excellent job with step-by-step pictures of what to do! Here is my complete ingredients list:

[What you need]

3/4 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon dry active yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups flour, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
pinch of kosher salt

    1. It was delicious! This was my first time making any kind of bread and it's a new favorite in this house! Do you have any good bread recipes, I can't wait to try making different types of breads!
