Garlic Rosemary Popcorn

It is no secret that I am a lover of all things popcorn!  There are just some nights when wine and popcorn is just the best dinner!  I love making stove top popcorn and when you add a little garlic and rosemary to it, it becomes savory deliciousness!  Way better than anything you can buy at the store or make in the microwave.

[What you need]

3/4 cup uncooked popcorn kernels
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons rosemary infused olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon sea salt

[What to do]

in a large pot with a lid, add in your vegetable oil and heat over high heat.  Add in 4 kernels and when they pop, you know the oil is hot enough.  Remove the 4 popped kernels and add in the rest of them.  Put the lid on and slowly shake it back and forth so that the bottom popcorn doesn't burn.  Remove when there are a few seconds between pops.  Put into a large bowl and top with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, and sea salt.  Pour yourself a glass of wine and now you've got dinner! haha
