You might not know this, but my husband (ah I still can't believe that I get to call him that!) makes the BEST margaritas! I have tried a few times and they never compare to when he makes them, maybe it has something to do with someone else making them for me. haha
So this recipe comes from the Mr! He has been making them for a few years now and keeps tweaking the recipe until he got it just right. I have to admit that I was not complaining at all to be a taste tester! haha The fabulous glasses that I love come from West Elm (as if you didn't see that one coming!) and I am obsessed with them. They sell out so quickly whenever we get them in so if you are are ever able to get your hands on them at your local West Elm store, I highly suggest snatching them up!
{ What you need }
** Makes one margaritas **
1.5 oz Silver Tequila
1 oz Gran Marnier
.5 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Agave Nectar
Lime slices
{ What to do }
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Salt the rim of a glass and add ice and lime slices. Pour margarita into the glass and get your Sunday Funday on!
