Sauteed Shrimp in Butter, Garlic, and Rosemary


Yum.  All we can say is yum.  These sauteed shrimp are perfect to eat on their own as part of your dinner or would so delicious over some spaghetti with a little garlic bread on the side as a delicious italian dinner!  And whats even better, it takes only a matter of minutes to make them!  Even the most amateur of chefs can make these and they will impress all of your dinner guests.











[What you need]

1/2 lb jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
4-5 large cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
pepper

[What to do]

First, rinse off your shrimp and pat them dry.  Next chop up your garlic and rosemary.  In a saute pan, add your olive oil and butter and heat it over medium heat until the butter is melted.  When the butter is melted, add in your garlic and rosemary and then add in your shrimp.  Season with freshly ground salt and pepper.  Saute for about 5 minutes or until both sides of the shrimp turn pink.

To serve, plate the shrimp and then pour the garlic, rosemary and olive oil/butter cooking mixture over them.  Enjoy!
