Olive Oil Rosemary Dinner Rolls

I loooooove me some good rolls.  Trust me when I say, no matter how many of these you make, you will want more!  And the are totally easy to make.  They come out of the oven all piping hot and taste of rosemary and delicious olive oil.  They are so flavorful you wont need any butter or dip them in anything, they are just THAT good on their own!  A crispy outside crust and a fluffy inside, it doesn't get much better than that!

[What you need]

Frozen dinner rolls - uncooked
Olive oil
Rosemary

[What to do]

Drizzle a little olive oil into the bottom of a cast iron skillet to coat it.  Then sprinkle on some dried (or fresh) rosemary.  Place about 7 of the frozen rolls in the pan, they will rise and expand so don't pack them in there, 7 fits about perfect in a regular sized pan.

Drizzle on  little more olive oil and sprinkle on some more rosemary and lightly cover them with a dish towel.  Let them sit on the counter (out of direct sunlight) on the counter, covered, for about 5-6 hours or to whenever you are ready to eat.

Then put them in the oven at 400 and cook until golden brown on top.  When you remove them, you can add a few drops of olive oil onto each one for extra goodness.  I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
