We are gearing up for the Super Bowl tomorrow and our favorite part of the game is the SNACKS! Duh! Followed by the commercials in a close second, and the actual game comes in third. One of the best Super Bowl snacks and one of our favorites is potato skins, and these ones are oooooohhhhhh so yummy! With a little twist from the traditional potato skins, we swap cheddar cheese for parmesan and sour cream for ranch and PRESTO! We have these delicious, crispy, bacony, potato skins. They are sure to be a favorite with all the guys watching the big game tomorrow!
