Ginger Garlic Baby Bok Choy

So we went through all our kitchen tools and found out we own 13 pairs of chop sticks.  THIRTEEN!  And we don't even make asian food that often! haha Well, it inspired me to start trying some new recipes.  Enter: Garlic Ginger Baby Bok Choy.

This packs a serious flavor punch with the garlic and ginger and was incredibly easy to make.  It come's together in about 10 minutes which I am all about that.

{ What you need }

3 baby bok choy
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons avocado oil
sesame seeds for topping

{ What to do }

Make sure your garlic and ginger are finely minced.  I used a zester on the ginger and it worked great.  Saute the ginger and garlic in the avocado oil for about 2 minutes, until fragrant.  Then add in your chopped baby bok choy and saute for 2-3 minutes until the ends become tender and the leaves wilt.  Add in your soy sauce and let it all mix.  Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
