Fish Tacos - Quick easy weeknight dinner!

I know I say this all the time but this is seriously one of the easiest weeknight dinners there is!  Some times you just get a craving for some delicious fish tacos and it may or may not be raining outside preventing you from venturing outside to go get some.  Enter: these delicious fish tacos!  

Pork Carnitas Street Tacos

I am Emma and I LOVE tacos!! I seriously can't get enough of tacos, they are so easy!  All you need is a delicious meat and then all you have to do is throw it in a tortilla, top it with some hot sauce and some onion and cilantro and call it good!  And you cook these carnitas in the crockpot so it really cooks itself!  I mean, why wouldn't you make them?!
