Rainbow Sprinkle Cake

First and foremost, the only acceptable birthday cake is Funfetti.  If you disagree, you are wrong. haha This cake did not start out as a rainbow sprinkle cake but that is what it turned out to be!  And I have to say, I loved it.  The pictures really don't do it justice.

Flourless, Sugar free, Dairy free, Gluten free, WALNUT PEANUT BUTTER Brownies

I didn't think it was possible to improve on the Flourless, Sugar Free, Dairy Free, Gluten Free Brownies from the other day, but boy was I wrong!  Adding walnuts and a drizzle of peanut butter gives them a little crunch and that sweet and salty combo that I love.

The 4th of July brings so many delicious foods, so for our BBQ yesterday I decided to try and make dessert healthy.  I know what you are thinking, flourless, sugar free, dairy free, gluten free brownies seems like they would be disgusting because lets be honest, all that stuff is what make yummy!

Star Wars Storm Trooper Cupcakes

In honor of the new Star Wars movie coming out on blue ray and dvd this week, I thought it was only appropriate I share my { STORM TROOPER } cupcakes with you!  I made these when the movie was first release in theaters because it was also B's birthday weekend.  

Happy Happy Birthday Cake

Today is B's birthday! He wanted a yellow cake with chocolate frosting so thats what I made.  And I have to admit, I kinda cheated and used boxed cake mix and canned frosting!  I know, I know, I should have made it all from scratch, but it's been busy lately and this was the best I could do.  I did make it four layers because I thought it was just a cuter shape :)  Any who, Happy Birthday B! I love you!

Valentine's Day Cupcakes!

MMMmmmmmm, cupcakes!  Ok, so I am a total sucker for a cupcake.  Well not just any cupcake, a FUNFETTI cupcake! (as if there is any other kind).  I got these super cute cupcake liners with hearts all over them for Valentine's Day from none other than the DOLLAR STORE! What a steal is that?!?  I saw them and I just HAD to have them.  I knew I just had to make some Funfetti cupcakes because those are obviously the best kind of cupcake there is, and a buttercream frosting to top them with.  And sprinkles, you can't forget the sprinkles.
